Terms of Service

Decking Quote is a product of Quick Quote (quickquote.group). Last updated 9 October 2026.

1. The service

Decking Quote is an estimating and quoting tool for trade professionals. It is provided for business use.

2. Estimates are not structural design

Quantities and prices are estimates based on your inputs and the assumptions shown. They are not engineering advice. You are responsible for checking spans, loads, fixings, Building Regulations, planning and manufacturer requirements before quoting or building.

3. Prices

Benchmark material prices are public prices observed on the "last checked" date and may change or vary by branch, postcode or account. We do not supply materials or guarantee merchant prices. You are responsible for the prices in your quotes.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Standard is £6.99 per month; Pro is £69.99 per year. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the merchant of record for all orders and handles billing enquiries and returns. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If you cancel, access continues to the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or resell access without permission.

6. Your data

You own the quotes and data you create. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect loss or loss of profit arising from quotes produced with the service.

8. Changes & law

We may update these terms with notice. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
