Refund Policy

Decking Quote is a product of Quick Quote (quickquote.group). Last updated 9 October 2026.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Account → Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for; you will not be charged again.

Standard (monthly, £6.99)

If you request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund it in full. Later monthly renewals are non-refundable once the period has started, except where required by law.

Pro (annual, £69.99)

If you request a refund within 14 days of your first annual payment or an annual renewal, we will refund it in full. After 14 days the annual fee is non-refundable but you can cancel to stop renewal.
